The Practice is regularly involved with many aspects of Historic Building Consultancy. Both Principals have extensive knowledge in the survey of historic buildings and have prepared many schemes for sympathetic conservation.

Halliday West are regularly employed by larger practices of Surveyors and Architects to provide specialist reports on condition on many varied and diverse historic buildings ranging from large stately homes, dockyards and naval buildings to smaller water mills, cottages and glasshouses.
